Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are having issues with our sizing or quality, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unused items that are still in their original condition and packaging. This means there must be no tears on the box sleeve, etc. Merchandise received past 14 days will not be accepted.

We’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:


Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, it must be unused and unworn.

To submit a request for a return or exchange, please email calynenails@hotmail.com and let us know why you would like to return your package. Please await for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. 

Notice

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover l return shipping - unless you received an incorrect or faulty item. 

Custom sets are not refundable after the first 24 hours of ordering. This is custom work made to your wishes and so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please email calynenails@hotmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
